Restictions: 120kg is the Maximum weight. This experience is not suited for Pregnancy over 15 weeks A Low level of fitness is required. The minimum age to participate is six years old with all children 15 years and under to be accompanied by a responsible adult.  Although the tour can be adjusted to suit all types of fitness levels, the tour usually involves asking a client to be able to bend legs to a seated position and walk for an hour through the forest and up hills. Fitness Level: Able to raise both legs to a seated position Comfortably go for a one hour forest walk or hill walk Walk up 3 flights of stairs unassisted
